With SAP, Coles implemented a single point of entry for SAP, custom, third-party, and SAP Fiori apps, supported by SAP Early Adopter Care to reduce implementation risk. The result was faster access and a better user experience, with single sign-on enabled, role-based permissions strengthened, and the legacy portal retired. Coles also reported an 80% reduction in effort to maintain roles and authorizations and a 70% reduction in access time by eliminating multiple password entries.
