CMOC, a global mining and metal processing company operating across five continents, needed a way to unify ERP, procurement, and finance as it expanded internationally. SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA as the core of CMOC’s global transformation, integrating more than 10 peripheral systems and centralizing finance, procurement, and reporting. The results included real-time tax refunds instead of monthly processing, a 40%+ reduction in material master data, 89% of vouchers generated automatically, and 3x greater procurement efficiency. SAP also helped CMOC speed up financial reporting, reduce capital costs, and streamline operations across its worldwide sites.
