Porsche, the German luxury automaker, needed to scale global digital marketing while keeping email, SMS, and My Porsche app campaigns fully compliant with corporate identity guidelines. Working with SAP and Anaphora Content Studio, Porsche faced the challenge of managing hundreds of accounts and a large dealer network without sacrificing brand consistency or requiring heavy training and agency support.
SAP helped Porsche implement an integrated workflow with SAP Marketing and Anaphora Content Studio to centralize content creation, automate CI and spam compliance, and synchronize personalization attributes. The result was 100% CI compliance for email and My Porsche campaigns, 21,339 campaigns created on the platform, and campaign production reduced from days to about 30 minutes, while also lowering costs and speeding global rollout.
