Checkers, the Tampa-based burger chain, needed to modernize its legacy technology and siloed systems to better support growth and improve efficiency across departments. The company also struggled with support delays, user access issues, and patching challenges, making it hard to manage invoicing and other critical information. SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and the Private Cloud Customer Center were used to address these needs.
SAP, with support from Navisite, helped Checkers unify its systems and data by moving to an SAP S/4HANA environment and consolidating access into a single user account and central dashboard. The result was improved user management, stronger security, and easier access to critical data, while technical support response time increased by 98.80%, freeing the team to focus on higher-value work.
