ChargeX, a Germany-based electric vehicle charging infrastructure provider, needed a better way to scale its charger onboarding and operations amid skilled labor shortages, a constrained power grid, and cumbersome manual legacy processes. As a result, ChargeX achieved 100% automated onboarding of new chargers, a 30% increase in charge-point operations efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and lower costs through optional features that better align charging infrastructure with local energy systems.
