To do that, the company worked with SAP and implemented SAP Business Network for Logistics to digitalize shipping processes and connect more seamlessly with customers.

With SAP Business Network for Logistics and SAP Business Network Freight Collaboration, C.H. Robinson centralized logistics transactions, exchanged documents, and added real-time pricing and shipment visibility within customers’ existing systems. The SAP solution helped improve collaboration, increase transparency, and automate supply chain workflows so customers could stay in-system and move freight more efficiently.
