A SAP Case Study
Capgemini, a global business and technology partner, wanted to become a more talent-centric organization and shift to a skills-based people management model. Its challenge was to build a skills engine that could support key employee lifecycle moments, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, succession, and career development, using SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors HCM, including SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and the planned SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development rollout, to support skills-based performance management and career mobility. Capgemini deployed Performance & Goals for 340,000 employees and used the talent intelligence hub as the backbone of its HR architecture, helping create a more engaging employee experience and stronger support for growth, feedback, and career planning.
