CantuStore, one of Brazil’s largest tire distributors, was growing quickly across e-commerce, stores, resales, and sales reps, but its legacy systems were limiting scalability, inventory visibility, and process efficiency. To better connect retail operations and improve the customer experience, CantuStore turned to SAP S/4HANA Retail for merchandise management.
With SAP and partner ITS Group, CantuStore replaced its legacy environment and integrated finance, accounting, tax, logistics, and SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities in just seven months. The results included a 12.5% reduction in goods receipt processing time, stock-outs falling from 15% to 8.9% (a drop of more than 6%), and inventory accuracy reaching 99.9%, helping CantuStore automate processes and support continued growth.
