CALIDA Elevating shopping experiences with exceptional customer service at the point of sale

CALIDA Group, the Swiss international apparel brand, needed a more flexible and future-ready point-of-sale system for its stores. Its existing retail setup was fragmented, difficult to adapt to new legal requirements, and lacked integrated master data and price distribution, so it turned to SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager.

SAP, working with consenso Consulting GmbH and hokona GmbH, implemented a centralized POS solution with offline capability, easier ERP integration, and tools for loyalty, coupons, and gift-card management. The rollout gave CALIDA Group one solution for 100% of sales data across 80 stores in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with 24x7 reporting access across six countries and faster, more transparent store operations.
