SAP, working with HCLTech, implemented SAP Datasphere on SAP Business Technology Platform as a cloud-based single source of truth, with a redesigned integration to the UK Government’s Street Manager system. The new solution improved uptime and data quality, cut API-change processing from weeks to about an hour, and delivered measurable gains including 99% availability of the latest data, an estimated 2x productivity increase, and 80% higher developer and user satisfaction.
