Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand, was looking to support its growth by moving to cloud ERP and simplifying, standardizing, and scaling business processes. To do that, Pandora chose the RISE with SAP journey, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
SAP helped Pandora reengineer processes around a clean core and improve operational control across stock, sales, and gift card reconciliation. Early results include better sample inventory visibility, synchronization between ERP and point of sale so returns no longer distort store stock, and near-real-time transaction tracking; around 80% of Pandora’s shared-service robotic process automations are now standard in SAP solutions.
