A SAP Case Study
The Government of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK Government) in the United Arab Emirates wanted to give its employees the same modern, mobile-ready experience it was delivering to citizens, but through a cloud-based digital HR system. Working with SAP and SAP SuccessFactors HCM, the government launched its “Mawaredna” HR transformation program to replace its existing on-premise SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution.
SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workforce Analytics, the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app, and Employee Central Service Center to create a single source of truth for HR data and improve employee self-service. The results included 24x7 access to HR information, high user adoption across 19 departments, better workforce insights for decision-making, and a faster, more digital employee support experience.
