Brasif Máquinas, a distributor of machinery and provider of technical services in Brazil, faced challenges in managing its field personnel and after-sales support. The company sought to automate service orders and increase revenue. Seeking a flexible development platform, they partnered with vendor SAP to build a solution using SAP® Cloud Platform.
The solution was an in-house after-sales management application developed on SAP Cloud Platform, which provided real-time monitoring of field technicians. This implementation by SAP led to a 23% increase in field personnel productivity, improved service department management, and created a new system for generating sales leads directly from the field.
