SAP, working with Zoovu, implemented conversational digital assistants powered by Zoovu’s Semantic Studio to translate technical specs into customer-friendly guidance and help shoppers find the right accessories for their needs. The result was more than 1 million users served across 35+ global markets, 46 digital assistants live, and up to a 65% increase in customer engagement, along with stronger loyalty and satisfaction.
