Blueprint Technologies Private Limited, a specialized SAP Cloud solutions provider, needed to solve slow and manual employee onboarding for a leading hydrocarbon producer. The company was facing long lead times for user creation after onboarding, poor username creation, productivity loss, and multiple manual approval steps, all of which hurt employee experience and delayed access to essential systems.
SAP BTP and SAP Build Process Automation were used to automate the shared-service onboarding workflow, integrating SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central with forms, approvals, and intelligent RPA. With SAP, the process was reduced to about 5–10 minutes for updating usernames, email IDs, and phone numbers, eliminated much of the manual follow-up, and improved onboarding speed, accuracy, and employee satisfaction at scale.
