Bekaert, the Belgium-based industrial manufacturing company, needed to keep HR master data accurate and up to date in SAP SuccessFactors, but manual data cleaning was time-consuming, required specialist expertise, and created risks of payroll errors, compliance issues, and inconsistent records. To address this, Bekaert worked with SAP and Flexso to build an AI-enabled master data assistant for SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP helped deliver an app on SAP BTP using SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and SAP Integration Suite to automatically check employee data, flag inconsistencies, suggest fixes, and apply approved corrections in SAP SuccessFactors. The solution achieved 100% periodic or triggered employee data checks, 100% transparency into irregularities, and 75% time savings in master data maintenance, making HR processes faster and more reliable.
