Alicorp, a leading Peruvian consumer goods company with operations across Latin America, needed to replace a 20-year-old technology platform while keeping business operations running. To manage a complex digital transformation with multiple integrations and several consulting partners, Alicorp chose SAP S/4HANA on SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, supported by SAP MaxAttention, Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Activate.

SAP helped Alicorp run a three-year, fully centralized and largely remote program for more than 500 people, coordinating requirements, testing, and multiple go-lives without disrupting operations. The result was sustained productivity, faster and more agile business processes, and phased delivery through 17 projects and 32 go-lives, with 13,000 transport requests moved to production and no errors.
