SAP supported Alfanar with a lift-and-shift migration using RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud Success Services, and SAP Preferred Success, completing the move in just four months. The solution unified experiences with SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone and SAP Fiori apps, expanded mobile access, and reduced system administrators from six to two. SAP also cut ERP migration downtime by 30%—from a planned 60 hours to 42 hours—helping Alfanar achieve zero revenue loss during cutover.
