Adesso SE, a fast-growing IT services provider in Germany, faced a challenge with processes and IT that had grown organically and were no longer scalable enough for its expanding business. The fragmented landscape created process variants, system gaps, and operational risks, so Adesso partnered with SAP and used solutions including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Concur.

SAP implemented an end-to-end transformation with SAP Business Technology Platform integrations and extensions to standardize and automate core processes across finance, HR, travel, and shared services. The results included 4,000 new hires onboarded through SAP SuccessFactors since 2022, 3,000 projects managed more transparently, 50,000 invoices processed automatically, and a 50% reduction in the time needed to post customer invoices.
