Accelerating Digital Transformation through Strategic Workforce Upskilling

PepsiCo, the global food and beverage company, needed to close workforce skill gaps to support its SAP S/4HANA-based PepsiCo Global Template transformation and meet tight deployment timelines. To help employees gain the ERP and digital skills needed for this shift, PepsiCo partnered with SAP and used SAP Learning Hub as part of its internal Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions (TS&ES) Academy.

SAP helped PepsiCo build tailored learning paths and certification training for roles across the organization, enabling associates to upskill in SAP S/4HANA, AI-driven automation, and IT service management. Over 16 months, the program assigned 262 licenses, delivered 14,075 hours of learning, provided access to more than 925 courses, and helped employees earn 136 SAP certifications, improving readiness for transformation and contributing to a successful rollout.
