The result was fast adoption and higher engagement—rewards processed in North America tripled in the first month, approvals were shortened to deliver timely rewards, non‑monetary options aligned with employee interests, and the program expanded to include cross‑functional, peer‑to‑peer and manager nominations, strengthening Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ culture of recognition.
