Robinson Solutions, a Toronto-based facilities and maintenance services provider with about 660 employees, needed to replace outdated HR systems to support rapid growth and create a single system of record for all human capital data. The company selected SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Learning and engaged Avenue HR to deploy the cloud-based HCM solutions across its Canadian and U.S. operations.

Avenue HR implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Learning, migrating 600 employees at 10 sites onto a single cloud HCM platform in roughly five months (about 80% of the work done remotely). The deployment simplified training and time management with employee self-service and mobile time-off requests, enabled targeted training assignments and certification tracking, and integrated with payroll/time systems—delivering a unified, compliant HR system and measurable adoption across 600 users and 10 locations.
