To meet these challenges, Insight selected SAP SuccessFactors, deploying solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, Learning, and Recruiting (with integrations to SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass) to provide a centralized, cloud-based HR platform with local language and data‑security support.
SAP SuccessFactors implemented a single, integrated HR system that standardized self‑service processes, enabled consistent talent management and workforce analytics, and supported localized compliance and data privacy controls. As a result, Insight moved company‑wide HR functions onto one platform used across its global workforce, improving productivity and usability, tightening data integrity through SAP SuccessFactors integrations, and ensuring up‑to‑date regional and global regulatory compliance.
