SAP SuccessFactors, with SAP Services and Support, developed and delivered an HR-ticketing tool and defined HR request processes, meeting Endress+Hauser’s scope and timeline through a fully remote implementation. The solution went live in six months, rolled out initially to 29 countries, stayed within budget, and enabled shared-service support across Europe—resulting in more efficient HR request handling, better visibility into HR metrics, and fulfillment of the company’s business requirements.
