SAP SuccessFactors implemented SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud in eight months (23 company codes, with a two‑code pilot), reducing custom objects from 1,456 to ~170 and delivering real‑time analytics and automation. Measurable impacts include analyzing 400,000 SKUs in 500 milliseconds, automating 67 manual reports, adding 240 reports and 640 custom data views, tighter inventory and contract lifecycle management, higher refinery capacity utilization, and a resilient disaster‑recovery setup—enabling faster product innovation and improved profitability for Adani Wilmar.
