SAP SuccessFactors delivered about 200 hours of personalized coaching over six months via a customer success partner, guiding governance, role-based permission checks, and a login upgrade using Identity Authentication. The engagement uncovered more than 30 activatable features, resolved 99.9% of permission issues, prepared the business for Employee Central, and empowered internal teams to adopt new releases—reducing risk, lowering admin costs, and improving system usage under SAP SuccessFactors’ ongoing support.
