Unifying Operations and Enabling Continuous Innovation with SAP S/4HANA® Cloud

Deloitte sought to standardize, integrate, digitalize, and automate end-to-end business processes across its Africa member firms, centralize the finance function, and adopt a business-outcome-driven approach to its digital transformation. To meet these challenges Deloitte worked with SAP technologies—including SAP S/4HANA Cloud—and implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions for employee and leave management as part of the broader modernization effort.

Using SAP SuccessFactors alongside SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and Concur Expense, the vendor helped Deloitte streamline contact-to-cash, centralize and automate finance processes, and digitalize HR and expense workflows. The implementation reduced manual paper tasks, improved employee experience with mobile interfaces, and cut period close time by two days across Africa (from eight days to six), while delivering unified reporting and faster resource optimization.
