Unifying and improving hiring across the global group with the latest version of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Sealed Air Corporation, a global packaging company, needed to modernize and unify its employee onboarding across multiple countries to reduce manual work and create consistent HR processes. To do this, Sealed Air turned to SAP SuccessFactors and its SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution (with implementation support from Exaserv Inc., an HR Path company) to migrate existing systems and deploy the latest onboarding version in new regions.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented the new onboarding platform across 48 countries and 21 languages, migrating systems that included 146 forms and documents and 151 business rules and adding the solution in 11 new countries to date. The SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding rollout introduced step-by-step wizards, intuitive dashboards and electronic forms, delivering faster hiring, streamlined onboarding/cross-boarding/offboarding, and improved ramp-up and retention of new talent.
