SAP SuccessFactors delivered a global, end‑to‑end HR platform rolled out in 18 months that harmonized and optimized HR processes, digitized 80% of HR workflows and documentation, and gave employees instant mobile access to HR services. The solution improved talent identification and leadership development, eliminated paperwork (including a Works Council App on SAP Cloud Platform), freed HR to focus on innovation, and positioned Heraeus for the digital future.
