Transforming Employee Experience to Compete for Top Talent

Taylor's Education Group, a leading higher-education provider in Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam, set out to modernize HR as it prepared for its 50th anniversary to better compete for top talent. To replace outdated HRIS, reduce manual work and improve employee experience, Taylor's Education Group chose SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite and Concur Expense, working with implementation partner NTT Data.

Using SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning and Succession & Development) together with Concur Expense, the vendor helped Taylor's centralize and automate HR, payroll and expense processes and deliver a smoother recruiting and onboarding experience. The SAP SuccessFactors deployment produced clear results: 75% of employees say HR systems are more powerful and easier to use, onboarding efficiency improved 33%, leave approvals became instant (saving about 10 minutes per request), payroll data accuracy reached 100% and loading compensation data for 2,600 employees fell from one week to about 20 minutes.
