Taking Labor Relations to the Next Level with Sodales Solutions and SAP App Center

Schindler Group needed to replace an outdated, internally developed tool for tracking health and safety issues that couldn’t support its highly mobile field workforce. Working with Sodales Solutions and leveraging the SAP ecosystem, Schindler sought an app that would integrate with its SAP SuccessFactors-based HRMS and meet strict security and privacy requirements.

The vendor solution combined Sodales Health and Safety Environment Management (available on SAP App Center) built on SAP Cloud Platform and integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, enabling mobile-first safety reporting and end-to-end incident management. As a result, Schindler achieved global mobile workforce support, seamless connectivity to its SAP SuccessFactors HRMS, and compliance with its security/privacy rules—features that passed Schindler’s internal tests and streamlined field safety operations.
