Case Study: Southern Cross Computing keeps consultants certified and up to date with SAP SuccessFactors

Southern Cross Computing (SCC), a division of FinXL IT Professional Services and one of Australia’s largest SAP partners, needed a way to keep its 140 consultants up to date on certifications and fast-changing SAP technology without pulling staff off billable work. To address this, SCC turned to SAP SuccessFactors and adopted the cloud-based SAP Learning Hub as a flexible, on-demand training solution.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered SAP Learning Hub to provide anywhere access to current learning content, enable SAP PartnerEdge and other certifications on consultants’ schedules, and reduce reliance on costly off-site courses. The result: SCC maintained certification requirements, kept pace with evolving SAP capabilities, and substantially lowered training costs—nearly eliminating the need for off-site training—while improving consultants’ ability to support client needs.
