The result was wide adoption, actionable analytics, higher self-assessment participation, clearer pay-for-performance transparency, and significant HR efficiency gains (NTT DATA now spends about 10% of the time finding data and 90% partnering with stakeholders), with 20,000 users on the platform and average deployments of 3–5 months.
