Streamlining Talent Management Using SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Orient Cement, a Hyderabad-based cement manufacturer with about 1,000 employees, needed to streamline HR across dispersed locations, increase transparency, reduce manual work, and improve employee satisfaction. To meet these goals, Orient Cement selected SAP SuccessFactors and implemented Employee Central along with the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.

SAP SuccessFactors deployed the HCM Suite (nine modules) and Employee Central within three months to centralize HR data, automate workflows, and enable employee self-service. The solution delivered 100% process automation, more than a 50% reduction in HR effort for goal setting, reviews, development plans and related tasks, and a 40% improvement in data management, along with faster online offer/appointment letters and enhanced reporting and analytics.
