Streamlining HR from Hire to Retire in an Intelligent Enterprise with SAP® Solutions

MOD Pizza, a fast-casual pizza chain with about 9,000 employees and more than $500 million in revenue, faced inconsistent HR data, point-to-point integration challenges, repetitive integration testing during upgrades, and the need to scale recruiting and onboarding to support rapid store growth. To address these issues, MOD Pizza partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, using SAP SuccessFactors solutions alongside SAP S/4HANA Cloud and the SAP Business Technology Platform.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented an integrated hire-to-retire solution using the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Framework and the SAP Business Technology Platform to connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SuccessFactors, automating provisioning, onboarding, and event-data changes. The solution eliminated onboarding friction, enabled automatic expense-payment setup for new hires, simplified user provisioning, reduced data-maintenance costs, handled about 400 event data changes daily and roughly 1,000 new hires per month, and saved approximately 15 hours per week in manual data-entry and integration-error work.
