Standardizing Processes with SAP SuccessFactors ® ® and SAP Business All-in-One Solutions

Productos Medix, a Mexico City–based pharmaceutical manufacturer serving obesity and metabolic disorders with about 800 employees, needed to consolidate and standardize business and people-management processes across growing operations in Central and South America and the U.S., while meeting traceability and regulatory requirements. To address this, the company implemented solutions from SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP offerings, including SAP Business All‑in‑One, SAP Payroll Processing, and the OptiSoft CloudRH platform built on SAP SuccessFactors.

The SAP SuccessFactors‑based implementation (together with SAP Business All‑in‑One and payroll) migrated 60 satellite systems into a single ERP platform and integrated HR, payroll, and operational processes, simplifying administration and improving continuity. Results included 100% traceability and integration of information on one platform, a 5% increase in productivity, a 5% improvement in employee performance, and 14% savings from reduced staff turnover.
