Standardizing Core IT for Worldwide Innovation

APLEX Technology, a Taiwan-based industrial-computer manufacturer producing around 100,000 units a year, needed a unified, standardized IT system to accelerate innovation and manage technology across global locations. To achieve this, APLEX engaged SAP SuccessFactors and implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud on SAP Cloud Platform with support from SAP Preferred Success to bring expert guidance and proactive project monitoring.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered a consolidated digital backbone—deploying SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform with SAP Preferred Success services—resulting in a single IT system across all sites, better user experiences, and standardized processes. The project reduced personnel working time by cutting the number of new material numbers through a variant-configuration bill of materials, improved financial statement output and insight, and enabled real-time visualization of operating data for faster analysis and decision-making.
