Sun Communities, the premier provider of mobile homes and RV resorts in the United States, faced manual, error-prone employee termination processes that sometimes left system access active after departures, creating security and audit risks. To address this, Sun Communities turned to SAP SuccessFactors and enabled the intelligent services in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to automate termination workflows.

SAP SuccessFactors deployed intelligent services that automatically revoke employee access within seconds of termination and replicate core HR data across systems, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. The automation saved Sun Communities about 2,700 worker-hours per year (roughly 1.5 full-time equivalents), minimized audit exposure, freed HR and IT for higher-value work, and will be extended to additional HR processes and integrations.
