The solution cut 12,000 hours of manual processing annually, reduced applicant processing from three weeks to five minutes (1,200 applicants narrowed to about 10), consolidated five systems into one, lowered IT maintenance, improved HR visibility and employee engagement, and freed HR to focus on strategic initiatives.
