SAP SuccessFactors, via Employee Central and Sodales Solutions’ Enterprise Health, Safety & Environment Management, delivered a mobile‑enabled, end‑to‑end incidents and HSE workflow with live integration to HR and third‑party systems. The implementation streamlined safety processes, improved safety behaviour and reduced incidents, aligned EPA Victoria with Safe Work Australia standards, enabled digital self‑service tools and preventive measures (job safety analyses, audits, PPE inventories and local emergency plans), and embedded industry best‑practice digital processes for a safer workplace.
