The solution cut store managers’ administrative time by 90%, reduced job posting time from 3 days to 15 seconds, enabled applications in under 2 minutes, supports ~30,000 hires per year and 42,000 employment contracts annually, and vastly improved the candidate experience and Salling Group’s competitiveness for talent.
