MegaFonPJSC, a Moscow-based telecommunications provider with 32,000 employees, needed to optimize workforce management across time zones, improve training and professional development, and build a culture of open communication and agile cross-functional teams. They selected SAP SuccessFactors, deploying the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management package, the SAP Jam collaboration platform, and SAP Preferred Success to create a single integrated HR ecosystem.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented an integrated talent and collaboration solution that moved corporate events online, automated annual goal-setting and bonus calculations, expanded onboarding, and empowered employee-led communities. The rollout delivered measurable impact: onboarding-tool usage rose from 0% to 39%, 92% of employees received approved career paths, staff completed over 294,000 courses in 10 months, 90% of SAP Jam communities are employee-created, training programs scored 4.85/5, and MegaFon’s eNPS improved.
