SAP SuccessFactors delivered a phased deployment of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and the SAP Jam social platform across more than 140 branches and 2,500+ employees. The implementation replaced Excel, made assessments company‑wide, eliminated internal e‑mail for communications (100% via SAP Jam), sped sharing of sales‑critical information, increased transparency and leader access to data, boosted employee satisfaction, and reduced HR’s transactional workload.
