Musimundo, one of Argentina’s largest retail networks with more than 2,500 employees, faced fragmented HR processes based on Microsoft Excel and disconnected systems that limited performance assessments to about 50% of staff and left managers dependent on HR. To improve engagement, internal communication, and enable leaders to manage and develop their teams, Musimundo turned to SAP SuccessFactors, evaluating and then adopting its talent and HR suite.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered a phased deployment of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and the SAP Jam social platform across more than 140 branches and 2,500+ employees. The implementation replaced Excel, made assessments company‑wide, eliminated internal e‑mail for communications (100% via SAP Jam), sped sharing of sales‑critical information, increased transparency and leader access to data, boosted employee satisfaction, and reduced HR’s transactional workload.
