To create a single‑platform HR experience, Bayer implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting alongside intelligent talent technologies to enable skills‑focused sourcing and a more personalized candidate and employee experience.

SAP SuccessFactors was deployed as part of an integrated solution (in combination with Eightfold’s AI Talent Intelligence Platform) to identify and secure people with the right skills, deliver personalized mobile experiences and chatbots, and support career planning. The integrated SAP SuccessFactors solution rolled out across 26 key markets, 41 locations and 11 languages, cut job‑screening time by 90%, reduced reliance on external search/software costs, helped minimize hiring bias, and improved internal mobility.
