Ordina Stays Ahead of Change with HR Transformation Using SAP®SuccessFactors®Solutions

Ordina, the largest IT service provider in the Benelux, needed to modernize HR to keep pace with changing market demands and its own business objectives. To increase transparency, agility, and employee engagement while reducing administrative overhead, Ordina partnered with SAP and embarked on a digital HR transformation using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

With support from SAP SuccessFactors and SAP’s digital customer engagement team (using the SAP Activate methodology), Ordina deployed cloud-based HR processes, end-to-end automation, and integration via SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite. The implementation reduced total cost of ownership through minimal customizations and automated upgrades every three to six months, improved data accuracy and efficiency, increased manager and employee transparency and engagement, and enabled HR to focus on strategic initiatives — all delivered with guidance and change-management support from SAP SuccessFactors.
