SAP SuccessFactors provided SAP Preferred Success support, a customer success manager, SAP Learning Hub training, SAP Activate deployment practices, and upgrade/release guidance to steer the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. As a result Detecon successfully transitioned to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, accelerated feature adoption, automated and standardized finance processes, reduced IT complexity, and achieved easier release management—boosting value generation from its cloud ERP investment.
