Navneet Education Ltd., a leading Indian educational-content provider, faced slow, manual financial reporting and an aging 17‑year ERP with large database volumes that hindered fast, data-driven decisions in a highly seasonal business. To modernize its general ledger, enable embedded analytics, and speed access to management reports, Navneet partnered with SAP SuccessFactors (alongside SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps and SAP Enterprise Support services) to migrate to SAP S/4HANA and improve user experience.

Using SAP SuccessFactors‑supported services and collaboration with SAP and PwC, Navneet implemented SAP S/4HANA with SAP Fiori, automated financial consolidation, and continuous quality checks and support, even through the COVID‑19 go‑live. The project cut financial reporting from 1.5 days to 15 minutes, reduced database volume from 1.4 TB to 550 GB (≈61%), delivered real‑time reports and higher adoption across ~150 users, and improved backup and processing speeds—demonstrating measurable agility and executive-ready insights enabled by SAP SuccessFactors.
