dormakaba, a global leader in access and security with 16,000 employees in 130 countries, needed to standardize health and safety processes, replace manual error-prone data collection, and support multi-language incident reporting. Sodales Solutions implemented its EHS&EM platform integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to provide multi-language incident logging, investigative tools, root-cause analysis, corrective-action dashboards, and centralized reporting. The deployment gave dormakaba real-time global location reports and analytics, standardized processes across multiple sites during incremental rollouts, centralized incident capture into the corporate H&S program, and improved collaboration across HR, safety, and leadership teams.
