Sonova AG, a Swiss hearing‑care company with about 10,000 employees, needed a single global HR platform to standardize core workforce data, meet legal reporting requirements, and improve employer‑branding and recruiting data. To replace disparate local systems and gain fast, in‑depth reporting, Sonova implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Workforce Analytics and related talent modules.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered seven integrated solutions (Employee Central, Workforce Analytics, Succession & Development, Learning, Recruiting and SAP Jam) in 10 languages, consolidating 90 legal entities and enabling one‑click reporting across 35 countries. As a result, Sonova reduced staffing fluctuation from 15% to 9%, achieved a 52% internal leadership recruitment rate (2014–2015), runs 7,000 courses on SuccessFactors Learning to support ISO 13485 compliance, and gained stronger succession planning and strategic workforce analytics.
