The deployment delivered unified visibility into talent processes across six continents, improved HR transparency, alerts that prevent salary increases from exceeding budget, automatic cloud enhancements, and more than 30,000 e‑learning courses completed company-wide — enabling Outotec to go live in time for its next performance cycle and refocus on its core business.
